目的:建立活血定痛合剂的制备与质量标准。方法:确定活血定痛合剂的制备工艺,采用薄层色谱法对活血定痛合剂中的当归、川芎、红花、赤芍、丹参等进行定性鉴别,拟订其质量控制标准,通过在室温下留样试验考察其稳定性。结果:薄层色谱具有鉴别方法简单、专属性强、阴性对照无干扰。稳定性试验结果表明,该制剂在考察的时间内稳定。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单、合理,质量控制方法可行。
Objective: To establish the preparation and quality standard of Huoxuedingong Mixture. Methods: To determine the preparation process of Huoxuedingong Mixture, and to make qualitative identification of Angelica, Chuanxiong, Safflower, Radix Paeoniae, Salvia miltiorrhiza in Huoxuedingng Mixture by thin-layer chromatography, and to develop its quality control standard. Sample test to investigate its stability. Results: Thin layer chromatography with a simple identification method, specificity, negative control without interference. The stability test results show that the formulation is stable in the study period. Conclusion: The preparation process is simple and reasonable, and the quality control method is feasible.
