本文对99例糖尿病伴高血脂患者，分别采用脂必妥片、山楂精降脂片及多烯康胶丸进行治疗观察及疗效比较、结果表明，脂必妥片降血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）效果最好。山楂精降脂片和多烯康胶丸两者作用相近，有效率达75％左右，多烯康有明显的升高HDL和降低LDL作用。
In this paper, 99 cases of diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with liposide tablets, hawthorn lipid-lowering tablets and dolecone capsules for treatment and efficacy comparison, the results show that the lipid-lipid tablets reduce serum total cholesterol (TC) Triglyceride (TG) the best. Hawthorn essence lipid-lowering tablets and polyene cones play a similar role, the effective rate of about 75%, doylekang significantly increased HDL and reduce the role of LDL.
