酚酸对杨树人工林土壤养分有效性及酶活性的影响

采用离子交换树脂膜作为根系模拟器,研究杨树人工林土壤在酚酸环境中养分有效性及酶活性的变化.结果表明:酚酸能显著影响杨树人工林土壤养分有效性和土壤酶活性,且二者受酚酸的影响具有显著的浓度效应和时间效应.随酚酸浓度增大,土壤中NH4+-N、NO3--N的提取量均显著下降.在高浓度酚酸环境中,PO43-、Mn2+的有效性显著提高,而K+、Fe3+的有效性被显著抑制;脲酶和碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低,而过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性则呈显著升高的趋势.随培养时间的延长,土壤中NH4+-N、PO43-、Mn2+的有效性逐渐增加,而NO3--N、K+、Fe3+、Zn2+的有效性显著降低.相关分析表明,脲酶、多酚氧化酶、碱性磷酸酶活性与NO3--N、K+、Fe3+、Mn2+等的有效性相关性较高. The ion exchange resin membrane was used as root system simulator to study the changes of soil nutrient availability and enzyme activity in the phenolic acid environment of poplar plantations.The results showed that phenolic acids could significantly affect soil nutrient availability and soil enzyme activities , And both of them were affected by phenolic acids with significant concentration effect and time effect.With the increase of the concentration of phenolic acids, the extraction rates of NH4 + -N and NO3 - N in soil decreased significantly.Under high concentrations of phenolic acids, The availability of PO43-, Mn2 + was significantly increased, but the availability of K +, Fe3 + was significantly inhibited. The activities of urease and alkaline phosphatase were significantly decreased, but the activities of catalase and polyphenol oxidase increased significantly. With the extension of incubation time, the availability of NH4 + -N, PO43- and Mn2 + in soil increased gradually while the availability of NO3 - N, K +, Fe3 + and Zn2 + decreased significantly.The correlation analysis showed that the activities of urease, polyphenol oxidase, Alkaline phosphatase activity and NO3 - N, K +, Fe3 +, Mn2 +, such as the validity of a higher correlation.
