肾上腺皮质机能亢进,主要是理糖皮质激素分泌增加,临床上以柯兴氏综合征最为常见。病因多由于脑垂体病,多见于30—40岁的女性,患者向心性肥胖,血压升高,24小时尿中17酮固醇,17羟固醇高于正常。眼部表现严重者视网膜出现高血压性视网膜病变,有时可见出血或渗出。眼压高出正常或于边缘。这方面资料国内未见报导,作者检查了住院30例病人报告如下。对象及方法在我院内分泌病房共检查住院病人30名,其中男8名、女22名,年龄分布从16—
