目的:观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将80例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成两组,对照组给予水杨酸柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,治疗组同时加用中药煎汤保留灌肠,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:对照组与治疗组在治疗4周后总有效率分别为52.5%、60:0%,疗效比较差异无显著性(p>0.05):治疗8周后总有效率分别为77.5%、100%,疗效比较差异有显著性(卢<0.01):结论:中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ulcerative colitis. Methods: Eighty patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine salicylate. The treatment group was treated with decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for retention of enema. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group after 4 weeks treatment were 52.5% and 60.0%, respectively, with no significant difference (p> 0.05). The total effective rates were 77.5% and 100 %, The difference was significant (Lu <0.01): Conclusion: Integrative treatment of ulcerative colitis is satisfactory.
