随着党中央十六届五中全会的胜利闭幕,关系到国民经济和社会发展的第十一个五年规划即将浮出水面。其中“在西部开发、东北振兴、中部崛起、东部率先的总体战略基础上,进一步优化整合区域定位,并实行差别化的区域调控政策,避免区域过载,实现区域协调”的方针,与规划中的滨海新区建设有密切的关系,本文从宏观经济、居民收入、新区规划和重点工业发展方向等几个方面阐述了中国经济“第三极”给房地产企业带来的发展良机。
With the successful conclusion of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the 11th Five-Year Plan concerning the development of the national economy and society is about to surface. This article elaborates the development opportunities brought by the “third pole” of Chinese economy to real estate enterprises from several aspects such as macroeconomy, household income, new district planning and key industrial development directions.
