把全球网的无基准算法稍加修改后用于区域网定位中 ,称之曰伪无基准算法。并把它和区域网定位的有基准算法进行了比较 ,指出这两种算法各自的特点和适用范围。伪无基准算法不仅可避免有基准算法使网形被扭曲的缺点 ,而且变换基准站的选取、增减也相当的灵活方便 ,值得推广应用。

综述了 1999年全球 4 0多个台站的人卫激光测距 (SLR)快速标准点资料的分析处理工作。介绍了全球SLR资料快速分析处理的方法和定轨模型 ,并对各个SLR站的观测结果进行了评估 ,给出了各测站的距离偏差、时间偏差以及所能达到的测距精度。其中每 3天一个弧段LAGEOS卫星定轨的均方差 (rms)为 1cm左右 ,与美国空间研究中心 (CSR)的定轨结果相当。
