以特色活动为龙头,寻找社区活动的切入点。社区少先队工作首先要从社区的情况出发,从本社区最宜开展、最易见成效的特色活动入手,通过丰富多彩的活动内容、灵活有趣的活动形式,吸引社区队员的积极参与,同时争取得到家长的支持,在社区内逐渐形成支持少先队工作的良好氛围。为了保证社区活动有较好的效果,社区少先队在第一次组织活动时,参加的人数不宜太多,待取得经验后,再适当增加人数,扩大活动范围,起到以点带面的作用。
