根据火焰特征参数模型,分析了四角切圆锅炉的一次风量及携带煤粉量对火焰中心偏移及辐射能大小的影响,通过调整一次风量能够减小火焰中心偏移,减轻水冷壁的结焦程度,根据辐射能的变化,通过调整给煤机转速进而调整各燃烧器携带煤粉量。根据机组的特性,设计了基于火焰特征参数的均衡燃烧调整算法,以火焰中心偏移和辐射能为依据,调整制粉系统。由于辐射能的快速变化特性,克服了传统以负荷为依据调整燃烧这种方式的大滞后、长延迟,有效地提高了机组对电网的响应能力。
According to the flame characteristic parameter model, the influence of primary air volume and pulverized coal carrying capacity on the center of flame and the radiant energy are analyzed. By adjusting the primary air volume, the center of flame can be reduced and the coking degree of water wall can be reduced According to the change of radiant energy, the amount of pulverized coal carried by each burner can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the coal feeder. According to the characteristics of the unit, an equalization combustion adjustment algorithm based on the flame characteristic parameters is designed, and the pulverizing system is adjusted based on the flame center deviation and the radiation energy. Owing to the rapid change of radiant energy, it overcomes the big lag and long delay in the traditional way of adjusting combustion on the basis of load and effectively improves the unit’s response to the power grid.
