目的 :显示大鼠延髓网状背侧亚核向内源性镇痛系统的直接传出纤维投射。方法 :将顺行追踪剂PHA - L注入大鼠单侧延髓网状背侧亚核 ,术后存活 2 0天后取脑 ,连续冠状切片 ,继而对切片进行 PHA- L免疫组织化学染色。结果 :发现中缝大核、蓝斑核、巨细胞网状核、中缝背核、中脑导水管周围灰质以及丘脑室旁核等均有阳性终末。结论 :延髓网状背侧亚核与内源性镇痛系统之间有广泛的纤维联系 ,提示该核与痛觉调节活动有关。
PURPOSE: To demonstrate the direct projection of the subnucleus reticularis dorsalis to the endogenous analgesic system in rats. Methods: The parallel tracer PHA - L was infused into the subnucleus of the unilateral medullary reticular dorsal raphe of the rat. After surviving for 20 days, the brain and serial coronal sections were obtained. The sections were then stained with PHA - L immunohistochemistry. Results: It was found that there were positive terminals in the nucleus raphe magnus, locus coeruleus, giant cell reticular nucleus, dorsal raphe nucleus, periaqueductal gray and paraventricular nucleus of thalamus. CONCLUSION: There is extensive fiber connection between medullary reticular dorsal subnuclear and endogenous analgesic system, suggesting that the nucleus is associated with pain-controlling activity.
