The famous contemporary educator Sukhomlinski said in his “One Hundred Proposals for Teachers” that "students do not need to know in every concrete case that the teacher is educating him. The intention of education should be hidden in friendly and unrestrained mutuality. Atmosphere.” Su’s remarks actually have two meanings: First, the intention of education should be concealed; second, what the purpose of education is to conceal. Educational intent refers to the expectations and plans for achieving educational goals. It is a subjective willingness and plot that every educator has. The concealment of educational intention refers to the teacher’s expectations and plans for the students’ education. It is necessary to hide their “private opportunities” and cover their “dignities” so that they are not easily perceived by the students and thus receive education in “unconsciously”. Where should the education intentions be concealed? Su said that it must be concealed in the “friendly and unconstrained atmosphere” between teachers and students. This actually refers to the emotional conditions in which educational intentions are hidden.
