人才培养规格是人才培养模式的具体表现形式。本文就高职教育人才培养的要求提出了人才培养规格的定位原则,以期对高职院校能有效地实现高职人才培养目标有所裨益。
Personnel training specifications is a concrete manifestation of personnel training mode. This paper puts forward the positioning principle of personnel training specification in order to meet the requirements of talent training in higher vocational education in the hope that it will be helpful for vocational colleges to effectively achieve the goal of talent training in higher vocational education.
