经营性科普文化产业是相对于公益性科普事业的一个概念。当代社会发展和时代进步所产生的对科普产品的巨大需求,使科普工作者面临历史的机遇和严峻的挑战。为了推动科普事业的健康发展,国家制定并颁布了《中华人民共和国科学普及法》等一系列法律法规。这些都为培养壮大科普文化产业指明了方向,也让广大科普工作者对科普文化的未来充满了信心。成都是四川乃至西部科技和文化资源最为富集的城市,科技和文化资源丰富、人才丰沛,科技文化产业发展迅速,建有科技文化创新示范基地。随着知识经济与信息网络技术的融合发展加快,成都也面临以创新驱动科普文化产业发展的问题。本课题通过研究探索,形成在新的技术条件下,让科普与产业、科普与文化、科普与民生真正关联,推动科普文化产业发展、促进科技服务民生的路径与方法,为成都市振兴科普文化、发展科普文化产业的决策,提供参考意见。
