随着环境不确定性的加剧,导致我国很多女大学生走上了创业的道路。从女大学生创业导向到创业绩效,中间需要一定的转化路径与创业者自身能力的支持。本文从理论上论证了女大学生的探索能力与开发能力在创业导向转化为创业绩效中所起的中介作用,以期为创业的女大学生提供理论指导。 With the aggravating environmental uncertainty, many female students in our country embarked on the path of starting a business. From the entrepreneurial orientation of a female university student to the performance of an undertaking, there is a need for a certain transformation path and the support of the entrepreneur’s own ability. This paper theoretically demonstrates the intervening role played by exploratory and developmental competence of female college students in the transformation from entrepreneurial orientation to entrepreneurial performance, in order to provide theoretic guidance to entrepreneurial female college students.
