本文评述一种概念性的机载弹道导弹防御系统,并对它所要分析的计算方法作了总结。同时对通过系统性能参数的最优分配使系统的寿命周期费用最小的方法作了描述,这种方法已被结合在美国国防部的战略防御办公室的战略结构方面研究中(SATS)。本文对实现这种方法的模拟准则(ALADDIN)的结构和算法作了讨论。列举了几个系统费用灵敏度分析的例子。本文得出的结论是:机载拦截器系统有着广泛的用途、预示着防御弹道式再入飞行器费用有效性的进一步提高。
This article reviews a conceptual airborne ballistic missile defense system and summarizes the computational methods it analyzes. At the same time, a description of the method of minimizing the system’s life-cycle cost through optimal allocation of system performance parameters has been incorporated into the Strategic Defense Studies (SATS) of the U.S. Department of Defense. This paper discusses the structure and algorithm of ALADDIN to realize this method. Cited several examples of system cost sensitivity analysis. The conclusion of this paper is that airborne interceptor systems have a wide range of uses that herald further increases in the cost-effectiveness of defensive ballistic reentry aircraft.
