据笔者调查,近几年来,一些地方档案业务短期培训中普遍存在着只重视培训班的人次数。忽视培训的质量;只重视讲授理论知识。忽视掌握实际操作技能等问题,造成年年办班、反复培训,实际工作中遇到问题时还是不会干,不知道怎么干。为解决这个问题,笔者认为举办档案业务短期培训工作应注重解决以下几个问题:一、明确短期培训班的目的和任务,有的放矢地安排教学内容。笔者感到目前档案业务短期培训的目的和任务,一是对新上岗人员进行培训,使其能尽快掌握
According to the author’s investigation, in recent years, the number of people who only pay attention to training courses has prevailed in the short-term training of some local archives businesses. Ignore the quality of training; only emphasis on teaching theoretical knowledge.
