随着人们物质生活的不断富裕,对于金融服务的需求也与日俱增,投资理财的意识日趋渐强。但由于消费者专业知识的缺乏,金融产品及服务的信息不对称性体现的尤为明显,在实践中产生诸多的金融纠纷,金融消费者合法权益无法得到有效的保障。因此,对于金融消费者权益纠纷解决机制的思考,尤其是对于替代性(非诉)纠纷解决机制的探讨,具有较大的理论意义和现实意义。
With the constant prosperity of people’s material life, the demand for financial services is also growing day by day, and the awareness of investment and financial management is getting stronger and stronger. Due to the lack of professional knowledge of consumers, however, information asymmetry in financial products and services is particularly evident. Many financial disputes have taken place in practice, and the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers can not be effectively protected. Therefore, the consideration of the financial consumer dispute resolution mechanism, especially for the alternative (non-litigation) dispute resolution mechanism, has great theoretical and practical significance.
