目的:研究大鼠肾脏切除术后脉搏波的变化及其规律。方法:在麻醉状态下,采集大鼠双侧股动脉脉搏波后,进行一侧肾脏切除手术。待手术结束伤口痊愈后再次进行脉搏波的采集。选取周期长度出现最多的脉搏波做平均,然后用对应该周期长度的6次谐波做最小二乘回归,应用统计方法对所拟合平均波形的基波和各谐波的相位与振幅进行比较分析。结果:手术同侧的股动脉脉搏波的第3谐波振幅增强,对侧第1、2、3、4、5次谐波振幅增强,第1、2次谐波相位增大并具有规律性。结论:大鼠一侧肾脏切除术后其股动脉脉搏波上出现特征性改变,提示体表的动脉脉搏波可以反映机体内脏的变化,为中医脉诊方法提供了一定的科学依据和研究参考。
Objective: To study the changes of pulse wave and its regularity after nephrectomy in rats. Methods: Under anesthesia, bilateral bilateral femoral artery pulse wave was collected and one side nephrectomy was performed. Until the end of the wound healed after the recovery of pulse wave acquisition. The pulse wave with the largest number of cycles is averaged, then the least squares regression with the sixth harmonic corresponding to the period length is used to compare the phase and amplitude of the fundamental wave and each harmonic of the fitted average waveform analysis. Results: The third harmonic amplitude of the femoral artery pulse wave on the ipsilateral side of the operation was enhanced. The amplitude of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth harmonic waves on the contralateral side was enhanced and the first and second harmonic phases were enlarged and regular . CONCLUSION: The characteristic changes of the femoral artery pulse wave after one-side nephrectomy in rats suggest that the body surface pulse wave can reflect the change of visceral organs, providing some scientific basis and reference for TCM pulse diagnosis method.
