基质细胞作为肿瘤微环境中的重要组成部分,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着重要调节作用。在缺乏肿瘤细胞的情况下,它们可以通过细胞与细胞间相互接触,在各种可溶性因子的媒介作用下,通过改变上皮细胞表型和基因型来介导周围组织的恶性转化。对于肿瘤相关基质细胞进行深入研究有可能进一步阐明肿瘤产生的机制并探索出有效的治疗方法。
As an important part of tumor microenvironment, stromal cells play an important regulatory role in the development and progression of tumors. In the absence of tumor cells, they can mediate the malignant transformation of the surrounding tissues by changing the phenotype and genotype of epithelial cells through the interaction of cells and cells under the action of various soluble factors. In-depth study of tumor-associated stromal cells may further elucidate the mechanism of tumorigenesis and explore effective methods of treatment.
