氯丙嗪(CPZ)是安定葯的代表,安定葯又是神經精神葯理学的重要內容之一,通过CPZ可以了解安定葯的研究概况,并在-定程度上反映出神經精神葯理学的进展。茲扼要介紹近年来运用电生理及神經生化方法研究CPZ作用机制的某些成果。 CPZ主要作用部位的分析(主要为电生理研究的成果) 关于CPZ的主要作用部位有三种主要看法:一为大脑皮层,二为脑干网状結构(RF.),三为大脑边緣系統。三种看法各有根据,但是也各有自己解釋不了的难題,茲分別叙述于下: 1.认为主要作用于大脑皮层的根据:
