目的 :建立香薷药材中香芹酚和百里香酚的含量测定方法。方法 :用高效液相色谱法 ,95 %乙醇超声提取 ,色谱柱InertsilODS 3,流动相甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (6 0∶4 0∶2 ) ,检测波长 2 74nm。结果 :香芹酚在 0 2 3~ 2 15 μg (r=0 9999) ,百里香酚在 0 39~ 2 36 μg (r =0 9999)有良好的线性关系 ;平均回收率分别为香芹酚 99 9% (RSD1 4 % ) ,百里香酚 98 6 % (RSD 1 3% ) ,重复性的RSD分别为香芹酚 1 1% ,百里香酚 1 6 %。结论 :该方法可靠、便捷 ,可以作为控制香薷药材质量的方法。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of carvacrol and thymol in Toona sinensis. Methods : Ultrasonic extraction with high performance liquid chromatography with 95% ethanol, column InertsilODS 3, mobile phase methanol water glacial acetic acid (6:4 0:2), detection wavelength 274nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between carvacrol at 0 2 3 to 2 15 μg (r=0 9999) and thymol at 0 39 to 2 36 μg (r =09999); the average recoveries were carvacrol 99 respectively. 9% (RSD1 4 %), thymol 9 6 % (RSD 13%), RSD of recurring carpone 1 1%, thymol 1 6%. Conclusion : This method is reliable and convenient and can be used as a method to control the quality of Toona sinensis medicinal materials.
