由山东莱阳重型机械厂和济南铸锻机械研究所联合研制的W24-30型300KN型材卷弯机,于1988年4月16日在山东莱阳重型机械厂通过了样机技术鉴定。该机主要用来将各类型材,诸如角钢、圆管、方钢、槽钢、工字钢等型材冷弯成圆形或不同曲率的扁形。既可单件成型,亦可连续螺旋成型。该机是在消化捷克样机的基础上研制成的。为卧式结构,三辊均为主动,压辊采用液压升降。型材咬入方便,加工件几何精度高。在风机、电缆、化工、桥梁、锅炉、轻工等行业具有广泛用途。
The W24-30 300KN profiled roll bending machine, jointly developed by Shandong Laiyang Heavy Machinery Factory and Jinan Casting and Forging Machinery Research Institute, passed the prototype technical appraisal on April 16, 1988 in Shandong Laiyang Heavy Machinery Factory. This machine is mainly used for all kinds of profiles, such as angle steel, pipe, square steel, channel steel, I-beam and other profiles cold-formed into round or flat with different curvature. Both single-piece molding, continuous spiral molding. This machine was developed on the basis of digesting the Czech prototype. Horizontal structure, three rollers are active, pressure roller hydraulic lift. Profile easy to bite, high precision geometric pieces. In fans, cables, chemicals, bridges, boilers, light industry and other industries have a wide range of uses.
