Like people, organizations get sick. This is not surprising, because the organization is made up of people. It is perhaps surprising that it is precisely the behavioral diseases of the organization that largely reflect the behavioral disorders of humans. People are old and weak, slow to move, and are far less energetic and less energetic than they were when they were young and energetic; the same is true for organizations.
