后进生的转化一直是教育工作中的难点和热点,从自身的工作中总结出了“十要”和“十不要”。分别从十个问题的正反两方面探究后进生的教育教学问题。核心内容是,关爱学生,灵活务实,持之以恒,正面引导。
The transformation of postgraduates has always been a difficult and hot point in education. From their own work, they summed up “ten to ” and “ten no ”.
