尾静脉注射血管紧张素Ⅱ(A-Ⅱ),观察A-Ⅱ对大鼠应激能力及对应激大鼠血糖和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。结果A-Ⅱ能增加应激大鼠血浆葡萄糖、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的水平,能延长一次性游泳至力竭的时间。提示:A-Ⅱ能够提高机体运动应激能力;促进机体新陈代谢可能是其作用途径之一。
Angiotensin Ⅱ (A-Ⅱ) was injected into tail vein to observe the effect of A-Ⅱ on stress and the level of blood glucose and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in rats. Results A-Ⅱ can increase the level of plasma glucose and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in stress rats and prolong the time from one-time swimming to exhaustion. Tip: A-Ⅱ can improve the body’s ability to exercise stress; promote the body’s metabolism may be one of its ways of action.
