通过试验找到了钻杆接头材料 30CrMnSiA激光相变硬化的最佳工艺参数 ,其硬化层深度高达1.7mm ,比高频淬火的深度提高近 1倍。其硬化层的硬度值高达HV6 85~ 775 ,比高频淬火的硬度提高了30 %。
The optimum process parameters of 30CrMnSiA laser phase transformation hardening were found through experiments. The depth of hardened layer was up to 1.7mm, which was nearly double that of high frequency quenching. The hardened layer hardness value of up to HV6 85 ~ 775, higher than the hardness of high frequency quenching increased by 30%.
