为了解非肾上腺素非胆碱能(NSNC)神经系统中非碱能兴奋神经系统(NANC-e)和递质降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在哮喘发病中的作用,该文采用特异性放射免疫测定法对哮喘患者的发作期、稳定期血浆CGRP水平进行检测并与正常组及慢支组对照。结果提示:哮喘发作期患者血浆CGRP水平为21.16±8.35pg/ml显著高于稳定期12.9±3.47pg/ml,提示哮喘发作期NANC-e神经功能异常,释放递质CGRP增多,CGRP可能参与哮喘发作的病理生理过程并与气道痉挛进一步加剧有关。
To investigate the role of NANC-e and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in the pathogenesis of asthma in non-adrenal non-cholinergic (NSNC) nervous system, Radioimmunoassay in patients with asthma attack, stable plasma CGRP levels were detected with the normal group and chronic bronchitis control.
