为了建立工作场所空气中13种挥发性有机物的气相色谱同时测定方法,采用活性碳管采集,二硫化碳解吸,经石英弹性毛细管柱(HP-FFAP)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,标准曲线法定量,结果显示,13种挥发性有机物分离完全,线性、重现性良好,该方法检出限为0.21~1.86μg/ml。以1.5 L的采样量计算空气中的浓度为0.14~1.24 mg/m3。提示,该方法准确、灵敏,适用于工作场所空气中多种挥发性有机物的测定。
In order to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 13 volatile organic compounds in workplace air by gas chromatography, activated carbon tube was used to collect carbon disulfide desorption, separated by quartz capillary column (HP-FFAP), hydrogen flame ionization detector, The results showed that the 13 volatile organic compounds isolated completely, linearly and reproducibly. The detection limit of this method was 0.21 ~ 1.86μg / ml. The concentration in the air calculated from the sample volume of 1.5 L was 0.14 to 1.24 mg / m3. It is suggested that this method is accurate and sensitive and suitable for the determination of volatile organic compounds in the air of workplace.
