利用微合金化法向体育器械用铸造铝合金A356添加Y元素,研究了不同Y元素含量对铝合金热处理组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Y元素含量的增加,铸态合金组织逐渐细化,共晶硅相形态从长条状逐渐圆整化;合金抗拉强度与屈服强度先增加后降低,断后伸长率逐渐降低;经固溶时效处理后,合金的抗拉强度与屈服强度随着Y元素含量的增加先增加后减小,伸长率逐渐降低,当Y含量为0.7%时合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度均取得最大值。
The Y element was added to cast aluminum alloy A356 for sports equipment by microalloying method, and the effect of different Y content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that as the content of Y increases, the microstructure of as-cast alloy is refined and the eutectic silicon phase is gradually rounded.
