以增长率、增重率、成活率、肥满度和肝体指数为生长性能评价指标,以血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量为抗氧化性指标,研究日粮中番茄红素(LCP)油对鲫鱼的影响。供试鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)平均体长(22.4±1.13)cm、体重(180.60±37.23)g,在基础饲料中分别添加LCP含量为0.50%(Ⅰ组)、0.75%(Ⅱ组)和1.00%(Ⅲ组)的LCP油1.5%,即饲料中LCP含量分别为0.50%×1.5%、0.75%×1.5%、1.00%×1.5%,人工投喂饲养50 d。结果显示:4个试验组鲫鱼成活率均达到100%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3个处理组增长率依次为10.40%、13.14%和19.05%,增重率为51.13%、60.19%和71.88%,增长率和增重率随LCP添加量的提高而增加。与其他处理组相比,Ⅲ组鲫鱼增长率最高(P<0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅲ组增重率有显著提高(P<0.05)。3个处理组肥满度依次为1.79%、1.76%和1.63%,随着LCP添加量的增加肥满度逐渐降低,Ⅰ和Ⅱ组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。3个处理组肝体指数依次为3.82%、3.51%和4.11%,处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。3个处理组血清SOD活性分别为107.54 U/ml、142.38 U/ml和147.62 U/ml,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。3个处理组CAT活性分别为4.16 U/ml、3.91 U/ml和5.26 U/ml,处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05),但与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。MDA含量分别为9.85 nmol/ml、9.05 nmol/ml和10.90nmol/ml,处理组间无显著差异,与对照组也无显著差异(P>0.05)。从以上试验结果可得出,在鲫鱼人工配合饲料中添加0.75%×1.5%LCP时,不仅有利于鲫鱼的生长,还具有抑制血清CAT活性和MDA含量升高,以及提高SOD活性的作用。
Growth performance, weight gain rate, survival rate, fatness and liver index were used as indexes to evaluate the growth performance. The activities of total superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) MDA) content as an antioxidant index to study the diet of lycopene (LCP) oil on the carp. The average body length of Carassius auratus was 22.4 ± 1.13 cm and the body weight was 180.60 ± 37.23 g. The basal diet was supplemented with 0.50% LCP (group Ⅰ), 0.75% (Ⅱ group) and 1.00% (Group Ⅲ) LCP oil 1.5%, that is, feed LCP content were 0.50% × 1.5%, 0.75% × 1.5%, 1.00% × 1.5%, artificial feeding for 50 days. The results showed that the survival rates of the four experimental groups reached 100%, the growth rates of the three treatments were 10.40%, 13.14% and 19.05%, the weight gain rates were 51.13%, 60.19% and 71.88% Rate and weight gain rate increased with the increase of LCP dosage. Compared with other treatment groups, the growth rate of carp in group Ⅲ was the highest (P <0.05), and that of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly increased (P <0.05). The fatness of three treatment groups were 1.79%, 1.76% and 1.63%, respectively. With the increase of LCP dosage, the plumpness gradually decreased. There was a significant difference between Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups and the control group (P <0.05). The liver index of the three treatment groups were 3.82%, 3.51% and 4.11%, respectively, with no significant difference between the treatment groups (P> 0.05). Serum SOD activities of the three treatment groups were 107.54 U / ml, 142.38 U / ml and 147.62 U / ml respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). CAT activity in the three treatment groups was 4.16 U / ml, 3.91 U / ml and 5.26 U / ml, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two treatment groups (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.05). The contents of MDA were 9.85 nmol / ml, 9.05 nmol / ml and 10.90 nmol / ml, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). From the above test results, it can be concluded that adding 0.75% × 1.5% LCP to the artificial feed of Carassius auratus not only helps the growth of Carassius auratus, but also inhibits the increase of serum CAT activity, MDA content and SOD activity.
