目的 探讨老年黄斑变性(aging-rnacular degeneration,AMD)黄斑部脉络膜毛细血管血流动力学改变。方法 对86例121只AMD患眼进行吲哚青绿血管造影(indocyanine green angiography, ICGA),包括渗出型AMD52例65只眼、黄斑玻璃疣15例30只眼及萎缩型AMD19例26只眼,分别观察黄斑部脉络膜毛细血管充盈时间(choriocapillaris filling phase, CFP)及脉络膜毛细血管灌注情况。结果 渗出型AMD较正常对照组、萎缩型AMD及黄斑玻璃疣眼的CFP显著延长(P<0.05)。ICGA早121只AMD患者眼中有40只眼ICGA有局部或广泛脉络膜充盈不良,其中渗出型AMD24只眼,萎缩型AMD12只眼,黄斑玻璃疣4只眼。结论 AMD及早期AMD黄斑发生CFP延长及脉络膜毛细血管灌注异常。
Objective To investigate the hemodynamic changes of macular choroidal capillaries in aged-macular degeneration (AMD). Methods Indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) was performed in 86 eyes of 121 patients with AMD, including 65 cases of exudative AMD52, 30 cases of macular drusen 15 cases and 26 cases of atrophic AMD19 cases. The macular choriocapillaris filling phase (CFP) and choroidal capillary perfusion were observed. Results Compared with the normal control group, exudative AMD showed significantly longer CFP (P <0.05) in atrophic AMD and macular glaucoma. Forty eyes of ICGA as early as 121 AMD ICGA had partial or extensive choroidal filling defect, including exudative AMD24 eyes, atrophic AMD12 eyes, and macular drusen4 eyes. Conclusion The abnormalities of CFP prolongation and choroidal capillary perfusion in AMD and early AMD macula.
