本文较系统地阐述低倍缺陷探伤的灵敏度和判伤界线。把低倍缺陷分成三天类。以分贝值(dB)大小作为度量手段,再按波型特征来判断缺陷的属性,并以大量生产检验数据给予验证,为将来低倍超声探伤的定性工作提供发展方向。
This article systematically elaborates the sensitivity of low magnification flaw detection and the boundary line of judgment. Divide the low defect into three days. The decibel value (dB) is taken as the measuring method, and then the characteristics of the defects are judged according to the characteristics of the wave patterns. The data are verified with mass production inspection data to provide a direction for the qualitative work of low-frequency ultrasonic flaw detection.
