苏联“世界经济与国际关系”1957年第四期上刊登的叶·瓦尔加院士的“现代资本主义和社会主义的发展趋势”一文,其中阐述了社会主义和资本主义发展的一些表面“相同”而作用相反以及一些表面不同、性质也明显相反的趋势。我们以为这对于理解当前国际局势中东风压倒西风这一特点的意义是有帮助的,因此摘要转载在下面。这篇文章的全文,将在1958年第一期的“国际问题译丛”上发表,请读者注意。
The article entitled “The Development Trend of Modern Capitalism and Socialism” by Academician Yevgarga, published in the fourth issue of 1957 in World Economy and International Relations of the Soviet Union, elaborates on some superficial “same” aspects of the development of socialism and capitalism. The opposite effect and some different surfaces, the nature of the trend is also the opposite. We think this is helpful in understanding the significance of the Middle East wind prevailing in the current international situation. Therefore, the abstract is reproduced below.
