目的:通过对活髓牙牙根纵裂致病诱因的多因素相关分析,进一步探讨活髓牙根裂的发病机制。方法:收集门诊牙根纵裂患者277例,患牙309颗,通过问卷调查可能的不良习惯,并检查患者牙体、牙周、面形态、磨耗程度、牙关系和X线表现以及相对应的对侧同名牙的相关情况。结果:牙根纵裂患根的牙周组织破坏明显大于无纵裂牙根,根纵裂处牙周袋最深,患牙面中度到重度磨耗,出现非工作尖高陡,工作尖磨平,深面凹及远中边缘嵴低平等改变,存在干扰和(或)创伤易感因素。活髓牙牙根纵裂患牙中磨牙发生最多。结论:因面形态改变而致的过大力与异常方向的力可能是活髓牙牙根纵裂发生的重要条件。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pathogenesis of tooth root dehiscence by multivariate analysis of the causes of root dehiscence. Methods: A total of 277 patients with 309 patients with inguinal root fracture were collected. The questionnaires were used to investigate possible unhealthy habits. CONCLUSION: The excessive force and abnormal force caused by the change of the shape of the noodles may be an important condition for the occurrence of root fragmentation of vital teeth.
