本文对一种中药复方的提取工艺条件包括:提取溶剂的用量、加热浸提时间及提取次数与收率的关系进行了研究,并以该复方中赤芍的活性成分芍药甙为指标,采用高效液相色谱法对不同工艺条件下浸膏中芍药甙含量进行测定,为建立合理的提取工艺参数及内在质量控制提供科学的实验依据。
In this paper, the extraction process conditions of a Chinese herbal compound, including the amount of extraction solvent, heating extraction time and the relationship between the number of extractions and the yield, were studied. The active ingredient of Paeoniae Radix Liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in the extract under different process conditions, which provided a scientific experimental basis for the establishment of reasonable extraction process parameters and intrinsic quality control.
