养老保险档案是养老保险管理工作的重要业务载体,记录应当及时准确完整,有力地保障国家、企业和参保人员的合法权益。由于部分企业生产力布局不断调整,单位合并、拆分、新设、改制等情况接连不断,但凡养老保险档案管理规范的单位,在养老保险管理上都能很快适应新情况,顺利地开展后续工作,反之则往往显现出台账不齐、资料不全、交接不畅等问题,养老保险管理工作开展较为被动。因此,如何做好养老保险档案管理工作,使其更好地发挥作用,已成为档案工作者亟需解决的问题之一。
Endowment insurance files are an important business vehicle for the management of endowment insurance. The records should be timely and complete and effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of the state, enterprises and insured persons. Due to the continuous adjustment of the layout of productive forces in some enterprises, unit mergers, splits, new establishments, restructurings and so on are coming one after another. However, all units that regulate the management of old-age insurance archives can quickly adapt themselves to the new situation in the administration of pension insurance and carry out follow- On the contrary, they often show problems such as missing accounts, incomplete information and poor handover. The management of pension insurance is more passive. Therefore, how to manage the file of old-age insurance and make it play a better role has become one of the most urgent problems for archivists.
