2007年9月2日至16日,来自全国59家出版社的149位青年编辑齐聚北京,参加了由新闻出版总署教育培训中心举办的第十一期全国出版社新编辑培训班。通过培训,年轻编辑们不但学到许多编辑出版理论知识,而且对编辑出版工作实践有了更深刻的认识。下面特刊发参加培训的部分学员心得摘录,希望对广大编辑特别是新编辑有所启发。
From September 2 to September 2, 2007, 149 young editors from 59 publishing houses in China gathered in Beijing to attend the 11th National Press New Editing Training Course organized by the Education and Training Center of the General Administration of Press and Publication. Through training, young editors not only learned a lot of editing and publishing theory, but also had a deeper understanding of editing and publishing work practices. The following special issue part of the participants training excerpts of the experience, hoping to inspire the majority of editors, especially the new editors.
