旅游饭店人力资源的管理和人力资本投资还存在很多的问题,如饭店员工流动频繁、培训师资力量不足、缺乏科学的绩效评价体系等,应该积极采取相应的管理策略,加强旅游饭店人力资源投资管理,把旅游饭店塑造成学习型组织,建立科学的旅游饭店人才培养机制,构建旅游饭店有效的激励机制,提高人力资本投资回报。
