采用不同工艺参数对Ti-6Al-4V体育器材钛合金管件进行了电磁脉冲成形,并进行了耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:当放电电压从8 kV增大至15 kV时,管件的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能先提高后下降。与无聚乙烯膜润滑相比,使用聚乙烯膜润滑时管的磨损体积减小54%,720 h中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量变化率减小36%,管的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能大幅提高。该管件磁脉冲成形时的放电电压优选为14 kV,并使用聚乙烯膜润滑。
The Ti-6Al-4V Ti-6Al sports equipment titanium alloy tube was formed by electromagnetic pulse with different process parameters, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the discharge voltage is increased from 8 kV to 15 kV, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the pipe first increase and then decrease.
