本文分析了我院1973～1982年254例心脏病妊妇的围产期处理。妊娠合并心脏病的发病率为1.2%,其中风心病占74.8%。在妊娠期发生心衰20例,死亡3例,产母死亡率为1.18%,围产儿死亡率为2.36%,其胎死宫内和早产的发生率均明显高于无心脏病者。强调了产前保健的重要性并讨论了分娩方式的选择、产后宫缩药的应用及预防性应用抗生素等问题。 This article analyzes the hospital from 1973 to 1982, 254 cases of pregnant women with heart disease perinatal treatment. The incidence of heart disease with pregnancy was 1.2%, of which wind-heart disease accounted for 74.8%. In pregnancy, 20 cases of heart failure, 3 deaths, maternal mortality rate of 1.18%, perinatal mortality rate of 2.36%, the incidence of fetal death and preterm birth were significantly higher than those without heart disease. Emphasized the importance of prenatal care and discussed the options of mode of delivery, the use of postnatal uterine contractions and the prophylactic use of antibiotics.
