根据压痕硬度测试理论,建立了二维轴对称有限元模型。通过有限元手段分析了纯钛在载荷作用下的压入过程,了解在压痕硬度试验过程中压痕周围所产生的应力分布及屈服区域。通过载荷位移曲线得出最大压入深度,从而计算出布氏硬度。
According to the indentation hardness test theory, a two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model is established. Through the finite element analysis of pure titanium under the action of load into the process of indentation hardness test to understand the stress distribution around the indentation and yield area. The maximum indentation depth was derived from the load-displacement curve to calculate Brinell hardness.
