目的:研究洋金花提取物对大鼠缺血再灌注期间肠黏膜的保护作用及机制。方法:采用大鼠肠缺血再灌注模型,大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组、给药组。用Chiu氏评分法观察肠黏膜的损伤程度并检测肠黏膜中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素(IL-6)。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组可见明显的肠黏膜损伤,TNF-α和IL-6水平明显升高;与模型组比较,给药组肠黏膜病理损伤程度明显减轻,且TNF-α和IL-6水平明显降低。结论:洋金花提取物对大鼠肠缺血再灌注后的肠道具有较好的保护作用,且该作用与TNF-α和IL-6的减少有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect and mechanism of extracts of radix camelium on intestinal mucosa during ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: The model of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion in rats was established. The rats were divided into sham operation group, model group, positive control group and administration group. Chiu’s score was used to observe the damage of intestinal mucosa and to detect tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin (IL-6) in intestinal mucosa. Results: Compared with the sham-operation group, the model group showed obvious intestinal mucosal damage, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly increased. Compared with the model group, the pathological damage of intestinal mucosa was relieved in the model group, IL-6 levels were significantly lower. CONCLUSION: The extract of the genus nivalis has a good protective effect on intestinal tract after intestinal ischemia-reperfusion in rats, and the effect is related to the reduction of TNF-α and IL-6.
