目的建立复方刺五加糖浆的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复方刺五加糖浆中紫丁香苷的含量。以甲醇-水(8∶2)为流动相,以岛津VP-ODSC18柱(4·6mm×150mm,5μm)为固定相,检测波长为265nm。结果紫丁香苷在0·0805~1·61μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0·9997。平均回收率为97·98%(n=6),RSD=0·66%。结论该法操作简便准确,可作刺五加糖浆中紫丁香苷的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of compound Acanthopanax senticosus syrup. Methods The content of syringin in compound Acanthopanax senticosus syrup was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methanol-water (8:2) was used as the mobile phase and Shimadzu VP-ODSC18 column (4·6mm×150mm, 5μm) was used as the stationary phase. The detection wavelength was 265nm. Results The syringin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0·0805-1.61 μg, r=0·9997. The average recovery was 97.98% (n=6), and RSD was 0.66%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used as a method for quality control of syringin in Acanthopanax senticosus syrup.
