针对传统胶囊充填机下模块与安装轴易发生松动,造成下模块发生偏转,从而发生碰撞损坏设备的缺点,为了减少胶囊充填机故障,对胶囊充填机下模块与轴的连接结构进行改进设计,使得它们配合紧密不发生偏转。改进后的连接结构,在相同的生产条件下既保证了安装精度,又能够平稳生产,生产效率得到相应的提高。
