研究柴油机恢复功率对提高高海拔地区涡轮增压柴油机的性能具有重要意义。使用模拟计算程序和模拟实验台对风冷BF8L413F增压中冷柴油机进行了海平面和高原的模拟计算与实验。提出了两种恢复功率技术方案:一种方案是把涡轮流通截面由16cm2减小到11cm2,另外一种方案是在减小涡轮流通面积的同时采用可调涡轮。模拟实验结果表明,高海拔对柴油机性能有很大影响;模拟计算结果表明,这两种方案均能把柴油机在海拔4.5km的功率恢复到海平面功率的85%水平。
It is of great significance to study the recovery power of diesel engine to improve the performance of turbocharged diesel engine in high altitude area. Simulated calculation and experiment of sea level and plateau are carried out on the air-cooled BF8L413F turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine using the simulation program and simulation bench. Two schemes of recovery power are proposed: one is to reduce the turbine flow cross-section from 16cm2 to 11cm2, and the other is to use an adjustable turbine while reducing the turbine flow area. Simulation results show that high altitude has a great influence on diesel engine performance. The simulation results show that both of these schemes can recover the power of diesel engine at the altitude of 4.5km to 85% of the sea level power.
