目的了解飞行人员反应能力的水平,分析不同机种飞行人员能力水平的差异,为选拔飞行员工作提供更为客观的依据。方法采用第四军医大学研制的DXC-6型多项群体心理测评仪,对561名现役飞行人员进行数字搜索测验。结果随着答题的进程,飞行人员的反应时间越来越短;轰炸机组比直升机组、运输机组答题时间短,歼击机组比运输机组答题时间短(F=70.356,P<0.001);在各答题阶段中,运输机组和直升机组答题时间最长,歼击机组次之,轰炸机组最短(F=5.994,P<0.01)。结论在对不同机种飞行人员进行选拔时,能力测试的反应时间可作为客观指标之一。
Objective To understand the level of reaction ability of pilots and to analyze the differences in ability levels of pilots in different types of aircraft so as to provide a more objective basis for the selection of pilots. Methods A DXC-6 multi-group psychological evaluation instrument developed by the Fourth Military Medical University was used to carry out the digital search test on 561 active pilots. As a result, the reaction time of pilots became shorter and shorter as the process of answering the questions; the time for answering the bombing crew was shorter than that of the helicopter crew and the transportation crew; the questing crew was shorter than the flight crew for answering the question (F = 70.356, P <0.001) In the phase, transportation crew and helicopter team had the longest answer time, followed by the fighter unit and the shortest bomber crew (F = 5.994, P <0.01). Conclusions When selecting pilots of different aircraft types, the response time of proficiency testing can be used as one of the objective indexes.
