本文就津滨轻轨工程建设管理实践中形成的一套行之有效的工程建设管理模式进行了探讨。本管理模式是将业主及管理公司结合,以市场经济的思维方法构思了工程管理的组织模式,形成了以管理社会化、经营市场化、招标和投标公开化为基础的四级管理体制,即决策层、管理层、监督层和执行层的总体构想,并在实施过程中不断丰富和完善了该工程管理模式。
This article discusses the construction of a set of effective construction management mode in Jinbin light rail project construction management practice.
