文章通过阐明网络位置对网络成员决策和资源获取的影响,提出了“位置嵌入”概念,由此把社会嵌入的“关系-结构”构成理论发展为“关系-位置-结构”构成理论。在此基础上,分析了海外子公司的东道国网络结构对网络学习效果的影响,以123家跨国公司在华子公司为样本,运用社会网络分析方法和结构方程模型进行实证检验,结果表明:(1)海外子公司东道国网络的关系嵌入强度对网络学习效果有显著的正向影响;(2)网络中心度对网络学习效果有显著的正向影响;(3)群体中心度对网络学习效果有显著的负向影响;(4)网络密度对网络学习效果有显著的正向影响。
By clarifying the impact of network location on the decision-making and resource acquisition of network members, this paper proposes the concept of “location embedding”, and thus develops the “embedding-structure” theory of social embedding into "relationship-location- structure Constitute the theory. On this basis, this paper analyzes the influence of the overseas subsidiary’s host country network structure on the network learning effect. Taking 123 multinationals’ affiliates in China as samples, this paper uses the social network analysis method and the structural equation model to conduct empirical tests. The results show that: 1) The embedding intensity of the relationship between the overseas subsidiary’s host country network has a significant positive effect on the network learning effect; (2) The network centrality has a significant positive effect on the network learning effect; (3) Significant negative effect; (4) network density has a significant positive effect on the network learning effect.
