一、系统设计的条件1.单斗挖掘机的运动中小型液压挖掘机通常多装用反铲工作装置(工作效率最高)。单斗挖掘机的运动大致包括行走、回转和挖掘三部分。全液压式万能挖掘机一般均为全回转式,多采用履带行走;行走时除绕一侧履带或绕机体中心转向之外,一般没有其他的复合动作。单斗挖掘机工作时通常就是反复地进行回转—挖掘—回转—卸土的循环工作,有时加入间断行走动作。
First, the system design conditions 1. Single-bucket excavator in the movement of small and medium-sized hydraulic excavators are usually equipped with more backhoe work devices (highest efficiency). The movement of a single bucket excavator generally includes three parts: walking, turning, and digging. All-hydraulic universal excavators are generally all-rotary and mostly use caterpillar tracks; in addition to walking around one side of the track or turning around the center of the body, there are generally no other compound actions. When a single-bucket excavator is working, it is usually a repetitive circulatory-digging-swinging-unloading cycle work, and sometimes a discontinuous walking action is added.
