综观国内外,凡取得骄人业绩的企业组织都在领导力的培训与开发上投入大量资源,并获得巨大收益。本文通过对国内外杰出企业领导力开发的实践经验进行对比分析发现,科学系统地开展领导力开发和实践,既可以有效地推动企业的战略实施和转型,又有助于激发人才活力,留住高级人才。
Looking around at home and abroad, those organizations that have achieved outstanding performance have invested a lot of resources in the training and development of leadership and have made huge gains. Through comparative analysis of the practical experience of outstanding enterprise leadership development at home and abroad, this article finds that carrying out the leadership development and practice scientifically and systematically can not only effectively promote the strategic implementation and transformation of enterprises, but also help to stimulate the vitality of talent and retain Senior talent.
